The Pilot

At age 21, Julian earned his private pilot's license and skydiving certification. He then went on to pilot commercial and multi-engine aircraft, becoming a professional skydiver and aerobatic pilot. For the past 35 years, Julian has been flying Pitts Special S2A and S2B aerobatic planes and performing as a professional skydiver.

Currently, Julian pilots the Super Stearman for "Wingwalker USA," skillfully maneuvering the aircraft and communicating with it using hand signals. He carefully manages the aircraft's energy and adjusts for its movements, combining his intense, well-trained aerobatics skills with his extensive flying expertise to seamlessly execute loops, rolls, and dives through the sky.

In addition to his impressive wingwalking routine, Julian is the Co-Founder of the "Air Sports Parachute Team," one of the longest-running and largest custom jump show teams in the world. As a professional parachutist for 35 years, Julian's extensive experience and remarkable accomplishments in both aerobatics and skydiving are truly impressive.

Julian is one of a rare few who has mastered both the arts of aerobatics and skydiving. His deep knowledge and expertise in these disciplines form the foundation for his innovative and captivating wingwalking performances.
